Does Juragas guarantee 100% gas supply availability?
We guarantee 100% supply availability. If, for any reason, Juragas fails to supply CNG on time, we are ready to compensate the price difference with the LPG gas you use during the disrupted CNG supply period.
Are there additional costs for the initial installation?
No, we will only charge for gas usage with a minimum 2-year cooperation contract.
What are the payment terms (TOP) for Juragas' services?
We will invoice you every week based on the consumption statement recorded on your gas meter. You can make the payment within 3 days after receiving the invoice.
Is there a minimum gas usage requirement?
Yes, we can serve you optimally when your daily gas usage exceeds 5 units of 12 kg LPG cylinders.
If I want to stop using CNG, can my operational equipment be reconnected to LPG?
Yes, you can easily reconnect your equipment to LPG gas.
